Recruitment 2013
Every year, California State University, Fullerton holds sorority recruitment for over 400 women. As Vice President Recruitment for Alpha Chi Omega, it was my duty to plan all aspects of the three-day long event. The planning consisted of collaborating with my committee of 20+, budgeting, researching vendors, ordering supplies, and educating the chapter on recruitment strategies. I created a detailed, 13-page, planning pack on an excel sheet that outlined the entire event. The following is a picture collage I created that shows the visual aspect of Recruitment 2013.
Open House
The following piece is a flyer I created for Alpha Chi Omega’s Open House. Members from the community were able to stop by to take house tours, enjoy appetizers, and learn more about the Greek system at California State University, Fullerton. The purpose of this event was for Alpha Chi Omega to improve community relations. My role was to plan the event, design shirts and invitations, and plan marketing strategies. At the CSUF Pursuit of Excellence awards ceremony, the Open House received the Community Relations Program of the Year Award.
Business Proposal
This is a business proposal my partner and I created for my Capstone in Entertainment and Tourism class. Kiwi Adventures is a travel company that offers tour packages and accommodation to tourists in New Zealand.
Advertising Proposal
This is an advertising proposal for our client, the Queen Mary, in Long Beach, CA. This group project contains a memo, advertisements, code of ethics, budget, meeting minutes, and a press release.
